Job Title: Private Chef

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Employment Type: Live-out

Budget: 80,000 per month

Working Hours: 12 hours per day, inclusive of breaks, with 1 weekly off

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Private Chef for a private residence in Gurgaon. The role involves owning the family's daily kitchen across multiple cuisines, and planning and delivering private dinners and parties hosted at the residence. The chef will work alongside a 5–6-member household staff team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and serve daily meals for a family of four, tailored to their tastes, dietary preferences, and routines
- Cook a wide multi-cuisine repertoire, with strong Turkish and Continental dishes as a core strength
- Design menus and execute private dinners and parties at the residence , from planning and prep to plating and service
- Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, storage, and cleanliness at all times
- Coordinate with the household staff on service, serving,



and kitchen support during hosting
- Keep track of family preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions, and plan menus accordingly
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality about the family, their guests, and household matters

Required Experience

- Minimum four years of qualified cooking experience across private households, fine dining, or hospitality
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts/hotel management preferred; equivalent hands-on training considered

Key Skills

- Cuisine range , Turkish and Continental required, with working command of Indian and other global cuisines
- Discretion & confidentiality , comfort working closely with a high-profile family and their guests
- Attention to detail , high standards of taste, plating, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness
- Organization , menu planning, inventory tracking, and cost control; able to work independently
