Santosh Engineering Works, Dehugaon, Pune, is looking for an experienced VMC Programmer for precision automotive component manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and execute VMC programs.
- Handle machine setting, tool selection and program prove-out.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Have valuable knowledge of G-code, M-code and CNC machining.
- Select cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
- Optimize cycle time, tool life and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of VMC programming experience.
- Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC programming and setting.
- Ability to independently handle production requirements.
Salary: ₹32,000–₹42,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and competency.
Location: Dehugaon, Pune.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
