- Outbound Sales & Upselling: Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential retail customers to promote products, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.
- Inbound Query Management: Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, store locations, pricing, warranties, and return policies.
- Lead Conversion: Convert standard inquiries into verified sales leads, store appointments, or direct tele-orders.
- Database Management: Maintain and update accurate customer profiles, feedback, and sales logs in the CRM system.
- Customer Retention: Re-engage inactive customers by offering personalized retail incentives and resolving past grievances.
