Job Summary We are hiring an Online Physics Faculty member with a Degree or PG in Physics and a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience to conduct live, interactive 1-on-1 online sessions. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in navigating multiple school curricula, including Kerala State Board, CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE. Key Responsibilities • 1-on-1 Live Sessions: Deliver highly interactive, personalized live Physics classes tailored to individual student learning paces. • Curriculum Management: Plan and execute lessons aligned perfectly with Kerala State, CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE board frameworks. • Exam Preparation: Focus heavily on concept clarity, numerical problem-solving, and continuous question practice. • Progress Monitoring: Track student performance, design targeted worksheets, and provide constructive feedback to parents. • Resource Creation: Develop customized digital learning aids, presentations, and quick-revision notes.



Job Requirements & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics or a highly related field. • Experience: Minimum 1 year of active teaching experience (online or offline) handling high school or higher secondary grades. • Syllabus Familiarity: Deep understanding of the syllabus patterns for Kerala State Board, CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE. • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, or a bilingual mix to ensure maximum conceptual clarity for regional students. • Technical Infrastructure: Must own a reliable laptop/PC, high-speed stable internet, and a digital pen tablet (graphic tablet). • Environment: A quiet, professional, distraction-free home office setup.
