Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our US Taxation team as US Tax Associates. The selected candidates will handle international voice calls with US-based clients and assist them with tax-related queries and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients.
- Communicate with clients professionally and understand their tax-related requirements.
- Collect necessary tax documents and information from clients.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and required details.
- Assist clients with basic US taxation queries.
- Maintain accurate client information and update call records.
- Coordinate with the internal tax preparation team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and effective communication.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
