Job Responsibilities:

* Oversee the complete resort operations during night shifts.

* Supervise night-shift staff and ensure proper duty allocation.

* Monitor guest requirements and attend to late-night requests.

* Handle guest complaints and emergency situations.

* Coordinate with security, housekeeping, reception and kitchen teams.

* Monitor guest check-ins, check-outs and late arrivals.

* Ensure safety, security and discipline across the property.

* Verify daily reports, cash transactions and front-office records.

* Prepare night audit reports and hand over operational updates to the morning team.





* Ensure smooth functioning of resort operations throughout the night.

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous experience in hotel/resort operations or front-office management preferred.

* Good leadership and decision-making skills.

* Ability to handle emergencies and guest concerns.

* Basic knowledge of hotel operations, billing and reporting.

* Willingness to work night shifts.

* Responsible, alert and guest-focused approach.
