Skill Requirement : • Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and the complete device/asset lifecycle. • Hands-on knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and inventory management processes.

• Experience working with ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/CMDB, Flexera, or comparable enterprise asset management solutions. • Working knowledge of endpoint/device management technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM), or equivalent platforms. • Understanding of CMDB, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Request Management, and Change Management processes. • Experience with asset reconciliation, stock management, device refresh, warranty management, asset recovery, and disposal. • Strong reporting and analytical skills using Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, and data reconciliation. • Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management processes. • Knowledge of IT asset audit, governance, risk, and compliance controls. • Ability to analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies, aging assets, and opportunities for asset optimization.
