Key Responsibilities

1. Project Understanding and Story Identification: Understand project activities and achievements by working with different departments and field teams and identify stories for video production.

2. Story Development and Scripting: Develop story ideas and write scripts for videos based on the project and the intended audience.

3. Production Planning: Prepare video briefs, interview questions, shot lists, and filming plans, including the people and activities to be filmed.

4. Filming Arrangements: Coordinate filming with field teams, videographers, and photographers, and ensure all required footage is captured.

5. Team Management: Build and maintain a network of videographers and photographers, give clear instructions, and guide them on filming and interviews.

6. Production Supervision: Oversee the complete process, from story development and filming to editing and final delivery. Visit project locations when required.

7. Video Review and Approval: Review footage and edited videos, give feedback, and check facts, names, and overall quality before final approval.

8. Quality and Delivery: Ensure videos are explicit, engaging, accurate, and delivered on time. Obtain consent from people featured and maintain organised records of scripts, footage, and completed videos.

Required Skills

- Good storytelling skills and the ability to write clear,



engaging video scripts.
- Good understanding of filming, camera work, lighting, sound, interviews, and video editing.
- Ability to plan filming, prepare shot lists, and identify production requirements in advance.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to work with different departments, field teams, videographers, and photographers.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
