About the Role

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters who can manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients and deliver qualified candidates against technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, internal databases, and other platforms.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening, assess technical skills, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the submission process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to meet hiring targets.




- Ensure timely and quality submissions while maintaining candidate engagement.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment.

- Strong understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and hiring processes.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT domains.
- Hands-on experience with US job portals and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones and meet recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
