Position: Mechanical Draftsman

Work Location: Edappally, Kochi, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman to prepare accurate mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for engineering projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of drafting software and the ability to coordinate with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical plans.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Prepare plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical service drawings.
- Develop shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with design engineers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Review drawings and incorporate revisions based on engineering requirements.




- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of plumbing, and firefighting drawings is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and coordination skills.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in mechanical drafting preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
