- Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff in all departments.
- Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate nursing staff.
- Monitor nurses' performance and provide guidance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of patient records and documentation.
- Check the availability of medicines, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain discipline and qualified standards among nursing staff.
- Conduct regular rounds and monitor nursing activities.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve staff-related issues.
- Conduct training programs and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
