About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and photorealistic rendering, with the ability to transform architectural drawings into high-quality visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, floor plans, elevations, and reference images to create accurate 3D models.
- Create high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renders using Autodesk 3ds Max with V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
- Develop detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, furniture, landscapes, and architectural elements.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles to achieve professional-quality renders.
- Work on lighting setups, composition, reflections, shadows, and detailing to enhance visual quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure outputs match the design intent.
- Make necessary revisions based on client and project manager feedback.
- Optimize 3D scenes, materials, and render settings for efficient rendering.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all project deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Autodesk 3ds Max is mandatory. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with 3ds Max.
- Practical knowledge of V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, architectural plans, floor plans, and elevations.
- Good understanding of architectural modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.




- Strong knowledge of materials, mapping, UVs, camera composition, and scene setup.
- Ability to create realistic interior and exterior visualizations.
- Knowledge of Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other architectural design tools.
- Understanding of current architectural visualization trends and photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Experience working with real estate projects, architectural firms, or visualization studios will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to incorporate feedback and complete projects within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing architectural interior and exterior renders is mandatory.

Job Requirements:

- Must be comfortable working from the office in Thane, Maharashtra.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be capable of handling multiple assignments and meeting project deadlines.
- Candidates must share their portfolio or previous work samples along with their application.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
