We are looking for individuals with good network in Coimbatore for our real estate projects. You will be connecting potential buyers with our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and connect prospective clients
Coordinate with our in-house sales team for site visits
Build and maintain client relationships
*Commission: 1% - 1.5% of Total Deal Value (100% Commission, No Salary)*
*B2B Big Clients - Your Earning:*
- 10 Lakh Deal = Rs. 15,000 Commission
- 25 Lakh Deal = Rs. 37,500 Commission
- 50 Lakh Deal = Rs. 75,000 Commission
- 1 Crore Deal = Rs. 1,50,000 Commission
We are targeting big clients in Coimbatore - Builders, Construction & Infrastructure companies.
One big deal = 1 Lakh+ earning for you. Commission paid within 15 days after client payment. Recurring commission for monthly projects.
*Who Can Apply:*
- Must be from Real Estate - Builder Staff / Realtor / Channel Partner / Layout Promoter
- Must have active builder contacts in Coimbatore
- Must be based in Coimbatore for Hybrid field visits
- Looking for part-time / side income
*Note:* This is freelance partner role. You can continue your current job and do this along with it.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
