GrowthFather Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, handle customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth client experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Follow up with clients regularly regarding project updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
- Identify client concerns and coordinate with the concerned departments for quick resolution.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in CRM, customer support, or client handling is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with robust communication and convincing skills.
- Should be confident in handling client calls and professional conversations.
- Must be organized, responsible, and customer-oriented.
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
