Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping activities, including guest rooms, corridors, lobby, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping associates and room attendants.
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and released within the required timelines.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all hotel areas.
- Conduct regular room inspections and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, cleaning materials, linen, and amenities.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure proper usage of housekeeping materials.
- Handle guest complaints and special housekeeping requests promptly and professionally.




- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of housekeeping equipment.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to improve service quality.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, and daily operational reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
- Good knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures, room inspection, and sanitation standards.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and operational challenges.
- Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, linen, and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotels preferred.
- Should be disciplined, responsible, and guest-oriented.
- Ability to manage housekeeping staff and daily operations independently.

Employment Location: Hotel Benzz Park, Vellore.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
