Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, space planning, technical drawings, and construction documentation. The candidate will collaborate with interior designers, structural engineers, project managers, and site execution teams to ensure designs meet client requirements, technical standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models for residential, commercial, and real estate development projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with structural engineers, interior designers, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits to assess site conditions,



monitor project progress, and ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building regulations, development control requirements, and local approval standards.
- Assist in preparing drawings and documentation for building approvals and statutory submissions.
- Review construction drawings and coordinate revisions based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Assist in material selection, design development, and technical specifications.
- Identify design discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or other 3D visualization tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, building plans, elevations, and sections.
- Knowledge of building materials,



construction methods, and site execution.
- Understanding of building regulations and local approval processes.
- Strong design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in residential and commercial projects will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of site visits, drawing coordination, and construction documentation.
- Ability to convert client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing designs.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Work Details

- Working Days: Monday to Friday; Saturdays as required based on project needs.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Work Location: Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru.
- Work Mode: Work From Office.
