Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage SEO, Social Media, and Paid Campaigns. This role is open for *Work From Office (Lucknow) and Work From Home* both. If you are passionate about growing brands online, we want you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, SMM)

- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads - optimize for ROAS

- Perform SEO Audits, Keyword Research, On-Page & Off-Page optimization using Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC

- Manage social media calendars, content, and community engagement





- Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager

- Collaborate with design/content team for creatives & landing pages

- Create weekly performance reports with insights

Requirements / Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing (Agency experience preferred)

- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO tools

- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing

- Basic knowledge of Canva / Content planning is a plus

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Must have own Laptop & Internet for WFH

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
