We are looking for a detail-oriented Charge Entry Executive with experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical documentation, entering charges into billing systems, verifying CPT and ICD-10 codes, and ensuring accurate claim preparation before submission to insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient information and medical documentation for charge entry.
- Enter charges accurately into the medical billing software.
- Verify CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes based on supporting documentation.
- Check modifiers, units, dates of service, and provider details.
- Ensure accuracy of patient demographics and insurance information.
- Identify and correct charge entry discrepancies.
- Ensure timely charge submission to avoid billing delays.
- Coordinate with coding and billing teams to resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of US Healthcare Medical Billing and RCM processes.
- Valuable understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
- Understanding of insurance claims and charge entry workflows.
- Experience with medical billing software or practice management systems.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
