Can you turn a cold conversation into a customer relationship? At Pace Logistic Services (PLS), you will prospect US shippers, negotiate profitable freight and build repeat business. We want people who ask good questions, stay composed after rejection and follow through until there is a explicit outcome.

For experienced brokers, the opportunity is to take ownership of accounts and profitable freight movements. For freshers and international sales professionals, a separate trainee route offers entry into US freight sales. Both routes require confidence on the phone, consistent prospecting and accountability for results.

The earning opportunity

- Fixed salary based on skills and experience, plus slab-based incentives up to 40% of eligible collected gross profit.
- Uncapped incentive earnings under company policy. The maximum slab rate is 40%; the incentive amount can grow with eligible performance.
- The percentage applies to eligible collected gross profit, not total sales revenue or the full freight invoice value.

Your applicable rate and payout depend on the approved slab and eligibility rules. HR will explain the salary offer, thresholds, calculation method and payout terms during recruitment.

An established logistics operation

PLS works in strategic partnership with Xpress Cargo Inc., Indiana, and is backed by an established Jalandhar operations centre with 100+ professionals. Our operating setup includes brokerage and asset-based carrier MC authorities,



with an MC history of over eight years.

Working at PLS

- Mohali office-based role, working 6:00 PM-3:30 AM IST, Monday-Friday.
- Saturday and Sunday off; US holiday calendar.
- Cab facility for female employees, as per company policy.
- Immediate joiners preferred. Strong candidates serving notice are also welcome.

What you will own

- Find and qualify US shipper opportunities through research, cold calls, email outreach and disciplined follow-up.
- Understand freight needs, quote within approved limits and convert opportunities into profitable bookings.
- Source and verify carriers through company procedures; negotiate rates and develop reliable carrier relationships.
- Coordinate loads from booking to delivery, keep customers informed and resolve or escalate service issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM/TMS records and shipment documents; support invoicing and collections.
- Retain customers, win repeat loads and work towards assigned sales, load and margin targets.

Experienced brokers will manage accounts and shipments independently. Trainees will support these activities as they develop the skills and knowledge required for greater ownership.

Freshers are also welcome

Who should apply

Experienced brokers: 2-5+ years in US freight brokerage. Bring practical knowledge of shipper acquisition, carrier sourcing, US freight lanes, equipment, pricing and shipment management.



Experience with DAT, Truckstop, Sylectus or similar load boards is relevant.

Preferred experience: Established shipper relationships or a book of business, supported by a record of profitable customer acquisition and retention. Discuss your results using non-confidential examples.

Trainees: Freshers and candidates from international telesales, BPO sales or other outbound sales roles. Prior freight experience is not mandatory; strong English, sales aptitude, basic computer skills and willingness to learn are essential.

Across both routes: Listen carefully, handle objections without becoming defensive, protect margins in negotiations and keep clear follow-up commitments. Be comfortable with outbound calls, performance targets and the US business shift.

How performance is assessed

Qualified opportunities, new active customers, repeat business, loads handled and collected gross profit, alongside margin per load, customer and carrier retention, on-time pickup and delivery, customer satisfaction and record accuracy. Targets will reflect the role and experience level.
