Job Title: Senior Design Engineer – RF Design

Experience: 3-6 Year’s

Job Description

- Good understanding of RF hardware and system design.

- Understanding of RF component characteristics and validation, including PLL, LNA, Mixer, PA, Filters, Couplers, and Switches.

- Understanding of power management components such as LDOs and Buck Converters.

- Schematic creation using OrCAD Capture.

- Support PCB layout and routing activities for RF designs in coordination with PCB teams.

- Knowledge of RF measurement techniques such as Harmonics, IP3, Noise Figure, Gain, P1dB, and VSWR.

- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment including Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), Power Meter, and Signal Generator.

- Experience with RF design and simulation tools such as ADS, AWR, and HFSS.

- Exposure to RADAR subsystem or system design is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform frequency planning, power budget analysis, and ensure compliance with system specifications and requirements.

- Design, develop, and document RF subsystem architectures and circuits.

- Prepare project documentation including design documents, review documents, test procedures, ATP, and QTP.





- Collaborate with Digital Hardware, FPGA, Software, and Mechanical Engineering teams during product development.

- Participate in testing, integration, troubleshooting, and qualification of RF systems and subsystems.

- Support product validation and performance optimization activities.

Mandatory Skill Set

- Experience in one or more of the following:
- TR Module Design
- CW/Pulsed Power Amplifier Design
- Synthesizer Design
- Up/Down Converter Design
- Lumped and Distributed Element Filter Design

- Hands-on RF design, testing, and debugging experience.

- Ability to independently execute module-level design and validation activities.
