Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Overview:

Cognithorz AI Tech & Business Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our IT services, generating business leads, and building robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make a minimum of 90–120 outbound calls per day.

- Explain the company's IT services to potential customers.

- Identify customer requirements and generate business leads.

- Follow up with interested customers and prospects.

- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.

- Coordinate with the business development team.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales,



or Business Development.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Strong English or Tamil or Malayalam or Hindi communication skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

- Monthly Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000.
