Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Design Lead / Engineering Lead to drive complete product engineering and mechanical design activities involving vehicle systems, heavy-duty structures, hydraulic systems, EV integration, and machine design.

The candidate should have solid technical expertise, engineering leadership capabilities, and experience managing end-to-end product development programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end mechanical product development from concept to production.
- Define engineering architecture and design standards for vehicle platforms, chassis systems, axles, driveline integration, hydraulic systems, and structural assemblies.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentor design engineers.
- Drive innovation, reliability, manufacturability, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Conduct design reviews, technical risk assessments, and design validation planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, testing teams, and customers on technical matters.
- Establish engineering processes, documentation standards,



and design best practices.
- Support new product strategy and technology roadmap development.

Candidate Requirements

- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Automotive / EV / Off-Highway Equipment / Heavy Engineering / Industrial Machinery / Special-Purpose Vehicle industries.
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong experience in complete product engineering and mechanical design.
- Proven experience managing large engineering teams and complex product development programs.
- Excellent technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days only.
