Location: Chakan, Pune
Experience: 2–4 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
CATIA V5 – Sheet Metal Tool Design
Press Tool & Die Design, 3D Modelling & 2D Manufacturing Drawings
GD&T;, Blanking, Piercing, Bending & Forming
Sheet Metal Stamping, Fabrication & Welding Assemblies
Tool Manufacturing, Assembly, Trials & Troubleshooting
Design and development support for automotive and defence components, including defence seats
Checking Gauge design, precision inspection and part verification
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
