A civil foreman supervises in office construction activities, manages work crews, and ensures that civil projects—such as concrete works, roads, drainage, and earthworks—are built safely, on schedule, and according to engineering blueprints

Site Supervision & Crew Management:* Direct daily activities of construction workers, masons, carpenters, steeBlueprint & Plan Interpretation:* Read, interpret, and implement architectural drawings, structural plans, method statements, and technical specifications onl fixers, and equipment operators. Assign tasks based on skills and monitor crew productivity

Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect ongoing and completed civil works (e.g., foundations, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting)

Safety Enforcement: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct daily toolbox talks, and ensure all workers properly use Personal Protective Equipment

Coordinate the delivery, storage, and usage of raw materials, tools, and heavy machinery to prevent shortages

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
