Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies across plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, procurement, supply chain, sales, finance, HR, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, manufacturing hiring experience, leadership abilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare hiring plans.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and campus hiring.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding.




- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Experience in manufacturing, plant, production, sales, corporate, and support-function hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, ATS, and HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
