Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production and factory operations, coordinate manpower and workflows, monitor inventory and dispatch schedules, and ensure production targets are tracked and reported. Solid practical experience in manufacturing or operations is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan production activities, optimise capacity utilisation, allocate manpower, and coordinate workflows.

- Maintain a basic understanding of surgical gowns, patient gowns, masks, drapes, sheets, and other non-woven medical products.

- Monitor inventory and raw-material availability, reconcile stock, and coordinate with the Inventory Executive.

- Coordinate production schedules, dispatch planning, order tracking, and delivery commitments.

- Monitor basic costing, wastage, labour productivity, and machine utilisation.

- Follow SOPs and maintain documentation; coordinate workplace safety and work with the QC and R&D; teams.

- Prepare Excel reports, daily MIS, production dashboards, and target-versus-actual analyses.

- Supervise multiple departments, resolve interdepartmental issues,



assign responsibilities, and follow up on pending tasks.

- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action to support smooth operations.

- Report daily performance, delays, wastage, and resource requirements to the Executive Director.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of factory operations, manufacturing, or operations management.

- Production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and workflow coordination.

- Inventory coordination, stock reconciliation, and dispatch planning.

- Basic costing, wastage control, productivity monitoring, and machine utilisation.

- SOP compliance, documentation, workplace safety, and cross-functional coordination.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and daily MIS reporting.

- Team supervision, task follow-up, problem-solving, and clear reporting.

Reports to: Executive Director

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
