Job Description

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Forcepoint security solutions.

- Configure, monitor, and maintain Forcepoint security products as per customer requirements.

- Troubleshoot firewall,



network security, web security, and related connectivity issues.

- Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions.

- Handle customer support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.

- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

- Maintain accurate ticket updates, troubleshooting records, and technical documentation.

- Assist with security policy configuration, rule management, and routine maintenance activities.

- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in Network Security / Network Administration.

- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.

- Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership to the team and Team management.

- Comfortable working in a customer-facing technical environment.

- Any Forcepoint related certification is added advantage

- CCNA certification is mandatory.

- Experience with Sophos/WatchGuard security solutions is added advantage.
