We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, develop engaging content strategies, increase brand awareness, and drive audience engagement. The candidate should have good communication skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other platforms.
- Plan, schedule and publish social media posts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and online presence.

2. Content Planning & Strategy

- Develop monthly social media calendars.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, reels and content formats.
- Generate creative content ideas for posts, stories, reels and campaigns.
- Work with graphic designers and video editors to execute content ideas.

3. Copywriting & Content Creation

- Write engaging captions, headlines and social media copies.
- Create compelling content for posts, reels,



stories and advertisements.
- Ensure content is grammatically correct and aligned with brand guidelines.

4. Engagement & Community Management

- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions.
- Respond to customer queries and engage with followers.
- Build and maintain an active online community.

5. Performance Monitoring

- Track social media performance using platform insights.
- Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, followers and profile visits.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on performance data.

6. Trend & Competitor Research

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
- Analyse competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve brand visibility.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
