Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive / Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to generate quality leads while maximizing campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.




- Stay updated with the latest paid advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC and paid advertising.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing live campaigns and advertising budgets.
- Good understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data and business goals.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization.
- Experience with UAE and international markets will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of digital marketing and SEO fundamentals.
