Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall billing function across multiple construction projects.
- Oversee preparation, verification and submission of client RA Bills, final bills and running account statements.
- Ensure timely certification and approval of bills from clients, consultants and project authorities.
- Review BOQs, contract terms, rate analysis, quantity variations and extra item claims.
- Monitor subcontractor and vendor billing, including measurement verification and certification.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, QS, Contracts and Accounts teams for accurate billing and payment processing.
- Manage reconciliation of executed quantities, certified bills, advances, retention and deductions.
- Identify billing gaps, revenue leakages and opportunities for additional claims.
- Handle client and consultant coordination for billing disputes, deviations and payment-related issues.
- Monitor project-wise billing targets, outstanding bills and collection status.
- Develop and implement standard billing procedures, controls and reporting systems.




- Guide and mentor the billing team and ensure timely completion of billing activities across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in billing and commercial functions within the construction/infrastructure industry.
- Strong expertise in RA Billing, Final Billing, BOQ, Quantity Surveying and Contract Management.
- Experience in handling large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of contract administration, variation claims and reconciliation.
- Solid leadership, negotiation and client coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP and billing-related software

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
