Job Overview

Bexcode Services is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of graphic design principles, creativity, and the ability to develop engaging visual content for digital marketing, social media, and branding activities.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple design assignments, and delivering high-quality creatives within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives for social media platforms.
- Design marketing materials, digital campaigns, and branding assets.
- Develop visually appealing layouts using appropriate typography, color combinations, and design elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
- Create and modify designs based on feedback and brand guidelines.
- Use AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and workflow.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms.




- Manage multiple design projects and deliver assignments within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic designing.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color combinations, and layouts.
- Knowledge of AI tools related to graphic design to enhance creativity and workflow.
- Ability to create social media creatives, marketing materials, advertisements, and branding assets.
- Creative thinking with strong visual communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Good to Have (Plus Point)

- Basic video editing skills for social media reels and promotional videos.
- Familiarity with AI-based image and video generation tools.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing requirements.

Work Requirements

- Work Location: Remote
- Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
- Working Days: 5 Days (Monday–Friday)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Must be comfortable working in the US time zone.
