- Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer reconciliations.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and achievement of monthly cash collection targets.
- Monitor AR ageing, overdue balances, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve customer credit limits in accordance with the company's credit policy.
- Manage customer credit blocks and recommend order releases based on risk assessment.
- Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to resolve billing and payment disputes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR dashboards, ageing reports, collection forecasts, and management MIS.
- Drive periodic customer account reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
- Recommend provisions for doubtful debts and support bad debt recovery efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Lead month-end close activities related to Accounts Receivable.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the AR function.
- Develop, coach, and manage the AR team to ensure high performance and adherence to SLAs

Requirements:



Experience in leading AR and collections teams.

- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable accounting and customer reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of credit management and collections.
- Experience with ageing analysis, DSO, bad debt provisioning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Supply Chain.
- Strong commercial acumen with a balanced approach to risk and business growth.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
