We are looking for a well-presented, customer-oriented and enthusiastic Guest Relation Executive to enhance our guests' dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and personalised service.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate with restaurant service and kitchen teams.
- Maintain skilled grooming and hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
