Key Responsibilities

1. Workshop Operations

Manage day-to-day service workshop activities.

Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality service.

Monitor job card opening, work allocation, and vehicle turnaround time.

Ensure proper utilisation of technicians and workshop facilities.

2. Customer Satisfaction

Handle customer complaints and escalations.

Ensure proper customer follow-up and feedback.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

3. Business & Revenue

Achieve monthly service revenue and labour targets.

Increase customer retention and repeat service business.

Promote AMC, extended warranty, RSA and value-added services.

Monitor service profitability and operational expenses.

4. Team Management

Supervise technicians, service advisors, floor supervisors and other service staff.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Identify training requirements and improve team productivity.

5. Process & Compliance

Ensure compliance with TVS service standards and processes.

Monitor warranty claims, spare parts coordination and service documentation.

Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety and discipline.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
