Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Patient Care Manager (PCM) to manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensure excellent patient experience, coordinate with doctors and therapists, and drive clinic revenue through patient engagement and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle patient queries, appointments, feedback and grievances.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists and front-office staff.
- Counsel patients regarding Ayurveda, Panchkarma treatments and clinic packages.
- Drive sales, revenue generation and patient conversion.
- Ensure regular patient follow-ups and improve patient retention.
- Monitor clinic inventory, medicines and consumables.
- Maintain daily MIS reports, patient records and operational data.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and discipline within the clinic.




- Monitor staff performance and ensure quality patient services.

- Basic MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1- 3 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, Ayurveda or clinic operations.
- Experience in sales and patient handling will be preferred.
- Healthcare or Ayurveda background is an added advantage.

Job Details

- Location: Ghaziabad
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
