Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Finance Manager (CA) to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage financial planning, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage financial reporting, monthly and annual financial statements, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Supervise accounting operations, accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective measures.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.




- Develop and implement effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Manage working capital, fund utilization, and banking relationships.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to top management.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/accounting software, and financial management systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.
