RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate should have experience in industrial plant construction projects, preferably in expansion projects.

2. Should have in-depth knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.

3. Should be able to handle the entire site independently.

4. Should take care of day-to-day site activities, including all 3 Ms (Men, Material, and Machinery), ensuring project completion within the set timeline and maintaining quality standards.

5. Should report to the client on a daily, weekly, and fortnightly basis.

6. Should be able to track site activities and update the project schedule accordingly.

7. Should coordinate closely with all stakeholders, including the client, architect, designers, consultants, and vendors, to ensure smooth execution of the project.

8. Should assist the client in completing procurement activities and finalizing various contracts.

9. Should review, study, and analyze the project brief, designs, concepts, estimates, and BOQ for tender documents submitted by architects, quantity surveyors (QS),



and consultants, and provide feedback and comments to the client.

10. Should maintain records of all drawings, revisions, changes, modifications, and alterations during execution. Also, maintain and track all compliance documentation, including the BG tracker, insurance tracker, and other required documents.

11. Should attend all review meetings related to design and work progress, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and circulate them to all stakeholders for updates.

12. Should handle the complete installation, testing, and commissioning of all equipment, ensure handover to the client, and assist the client with project closure.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
