We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Designers Onboarding Executive to identify, engage, and onboard talented designers onto our platform. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with designers, guide them through the onboarding process, ensure their profiles and portfolios meet company standards, and help them become active and successful partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential designers through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Explain the platform's value proposition, onboarding process, and partnership opportunities to prospective designers.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, from initial contact to profile activation.
- Collect and verify designer information, portfolios, credentials, and relevant documentation.
- Assist designers in creating and optimizing their profiles, portfolios, and service listings.
- Conduct onboarding calls, training sessions, and product demonstrations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of designer leads, onboarding status, and engagement activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with designers to resolve onboarding challenges and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, operations, marketing, and customer support.
- Monitor newly onboarded designers' engagement and provide support to encourage platform adoption.
- Gather feedback from designers and share insights to improve the onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly onboarding, activation,



and engagement targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, sales, business development, customer success, or partner management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple onboarding processes.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a passion for helping creative professionals succeed.
- Experience in the design, interiors, architecture, or creative services industry is an advantage.
