Job Description – Social Media Marketing Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Location: Banashankari, Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and handle company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories and promotional content.

3. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.

4. Develop content calendars and maintain regular posting schedules.

5. Monitor social media engagement, followers and campaign performance.

6. Handle online promotions and brand awareness activities.

7. Coordinate with the design and content teams.

8. Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.

9. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

- Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing is preferred.

- Good communication and creative skills.
