Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Head with experience in the stock broking and financial services industry to manage business operations, lead sales teams, drive revenue and expand the customer base.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity markets, mutual funds, wealth management, investment products and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch business, sales operations and revenue growth.
- Take ownership of business targets, profitability and P&L; performance.
- Lead, train and motivate sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Drive new client acquisition, demat account opening and client activation.
- Develop business through existing clients, references and recent market opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI, UHNI and retail clients.
- Promote financial products such as equity, mutual funds, insurance, PMS and other wealth management solutions.
- Guide clients on investment opportunities and portfolio management.
- Drive SIP business, AUM growth, cross-selling and client retention.
- Monitor market trends, business performance and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI,



AMFI and internal company policies.
- Prepare business reports, sales MIS and performance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–7 years of experience in Stock Broking, Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
- Experience in branch management, business development or sales leadership.
- Good understanding of equity markets, trading, demat accounts and financial products.
- Experience in mutual fund distribution, SIP mobilization and AUM growth will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of client acquisition, relationship management and revenue generation.
- Experience in handling and developing sales teams.
- Understanding of P&L; management and business operations.
- NISM / AMFI certification will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
