The role

You will own and grow Hyve’s relationships with high-value accounts, such as sports academies, clubs, corporate and institutional buyers, and team or bulk-order clients. You are the main point of contact, responsible for revenue, retention and a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Account ownership: Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Revenue growth: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through repeat orders, upselling, cross-selling and new account acquisition.
- Bulk and custom orders: Handle quotations, pricing, custom kit and jersey requirements, and delivery timelines for team and corporate orders.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work with design, production, quality and logistics so orders ship on time and to specification.
- Pipeline management: Prospect, qualify and close new B2B leads. Keep the CRM updated with forecasts and account plans.
- Feedback loop: Bring client feedback and market trends to the product and marketing teams.
- Reporting: Track account performance, order status, collections and renewals,



and report them regularly.
- Issue resolution: Resolve escalations, returns and exchanges quickly to protect long-term relationships.

Requirements

- 0–2 years in key account management, B2B sales or business development; apparel, sportswear or retail experience is a plus
- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Positive command of English and Malayalam; Hindi or Tamil is a plus
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented and organised, with an eye for detail
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

- Existing network in sports academies, clubs, schools or corporate sports programmes
- Passion for sport and fitness
