We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Analytics Faculty member to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in HR Analytics. The ideal candidate should have a professional background in Human Resources, HR Analytics, People Analytics, or a related domain, along with experience in training and mentoring students or professionals.

The candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of HR analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to translate HR data into meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, and predictive analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured training sessions on HR Analytics using Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.

- Deliver practical sessions covering HR data collection, cleaning, structuring, analysis, and reporting.

- Teach advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, SQL queries, data segmentation, and HR trend analysis.

- Guide students in developing interactive HR dashboards covering recruitment, employee performance, workforce planning, and employee retention.

- Demonstrate the use of Power BI, Power Query, data modelling, and DAX for HR reporting and visualization.

- Introduce predictive analytics and AI applications in HR, including employee attrition prediction, workforce forecasting, and employee sentiment analysis.

- Provide practical demonstrations and industry-relevant case studies to strengthen students' understanding.

- Guide learners in completing hands-on assignments, practical exercises, and the final HR Analytics capstone project.

- Address and resolve students' technical and subject-related queries effectively.

- Monitor students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback and guidance.

- Explain analytical findings and HR metrics in a structured manner, connecting data insights with business and HR decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in conducting training sessions in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Professional work experience in HR, HR Analytics,



People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a relevant domain.

- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.

- Good understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, retention, workforce planning, and HR operations.

- Hands-on experience with HR metrics, KPI analysis, employee data management, and HR reporting.

- Knowledge of Power BI dashboards, data transformation, data modelling, and DAX functions.

- Understanding of Python-based data analysis and predictive modelling, particularly employee attrition and workforce forecasting.

- Ability to work with practical datasets and demonstrate real-world HR analytics applications.
