Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Required Skills

- Strong written communication and creative skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with content creation and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut is an advantage.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Prepare and manage monthly content calendars.




- Write creative captions, headlines, and relevant hashtags.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track performance metrics, including reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Analyze insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Support paid social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
