EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Marketing / Commerce / Management or related field.

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to develop sales plans, analyze market trends, and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
- Robust customer relationship management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and achieve sales objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES :





- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team performance goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
