Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Career Advisor to connect with candidates, understand their career goals, and guide them towards suitable opportunities in the US Staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential candidates through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain available job opportunities in the US IT Staffing market.
- Understand candidates' skills, experience, and career preferences.
- Guide candidates regarding suitable job opportunities and career growth.
- Coordinate with Bench Sales Recruiters and US IT Recruiters.
- Maintain candidate databases and update candidate information regularly.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure consistent communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Assist candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and US Staffing.
- Ability to handle candidate queries professionally.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in US Staffing, recruitment, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
