POSITION
Architect
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop creative interior and architectural concepts
- Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans and detailed working drawings
- Create 3D models and realistic visualizations
- Understand client requirements and develop customized design solutions
- Prepare material selections, mood boards and design presentations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and site teams
- Conduct site visits, measurements and design assessments
- Ensure designs are executed according to approved concepts
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Revit or similar software
- Good understanding of space planning, materials and construction
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Good communication and client-handling skills
