Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS sales or software product sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, promoting SaaS products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Promote and sell SaaS products and software solutions to businesses.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable product solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate client information, sales reports, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in SaaS sales, software sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Valuable understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience selling SaaS products, software solutions, cloud-based platforms, or subscription-based services will be preferred.
- Should be proactive, confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
