Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer to join our Special Purpose Machine (SPM) division. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, Structured Text (STL), servo drives, and advanced motion control systems.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting high-performance automation systems for custom-built industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automation solutions for Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) using PLCs, servo drives, and automation controllers.
- Develop and implement PLC and HMI programs using Structured Text (STL) and other IEC 61131-3 programming languages.
- Work with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, or equivalent PLC platforms.
- Configure and integrate multi-axis servo motors, stepper motors, and VFDs.
- Develop complex control logic, safety interlocks, motion profiles, and machine sequences.
- Perform servo tuning, machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and motion optimization.
- Work on electronic camming, gearing, and advanced motion control applications.




- Coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to improve machine performance and cycle time.
- Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming.
- Proficiency in Structured Text (STL) programming.
- Practical experience with advanced motion control systems.
- Experience with servo drives, servo tuning, and multi-axis motion control.
- Knowledge of Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, or equivalent PLC systems.
- Experience with HMI programming and VFD configuration.
- Knowledge of PLCopen motion function blocks and motion control libraries.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus.
- Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and commissioning skills.

Education & Experience

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in PLC programming, Structured Text (STL), and advanced motion control.
- Experience working with SPMs or high-speed industrial machinery will be preferred.
- Candidates with practical experience in servo programming, machine automation, and commissioning are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
