Job Summary

Clinic Dermatech is looking for an experienced Assistant Clinic Manager with a background in aesthetic dermatology, skin treatments, client consultations, and sales management. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily clinic operations, driving business growth, ensuring excellent patient experience, and managing the clinic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments based on individual concerns.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes to clients.
- Maintain knowledge of aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, pigmentation treatments, PRP, Q-switched laser, CIT, mole and skin tag removal, and Laser Hair Reduction.
- Drive clinic revenue through effective consultations, treatment recommendations, and sales conversions.
- Follow up with clients to monitor treatment progress, satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Assist in managing daily clinic operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Lead, motivate,



and manage the clinic team to achieve business and service targets.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare daily and monthly reports, and analyse business trends.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, or skin clinic.
- Strong knowledge of skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.
- Experience in client consultations, in-house sales, and business development.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive clinic revenue.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a customer-focused approach.

Compensation & Perks

- Annual CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA, depending on experience and skills.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Provident Fund as per company policy and applicable eligibility.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
