Position: F&B; Controller

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced F&B; Controller to manage and monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, procurement, and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining accurate records, and minimizing wastage across F&B; operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
- Maintain daily records of food and beverage purchases, consumption, and stock.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor food costs, beverage costs, and overall operational expenses.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and vendor bills.
- Coordinate with kitchen, restaurant, and procurement teams.
- Identify and report discrepancies in stock and consumption.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.




- Monitor wastage, pilferage, and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper implementation of stock control procedures.
- Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in F&B; Controlling.
- Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of food costing, beverage costing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
